Cusotmer can manage his/her RuPay Debit Card by registering his/her self with 'Sarvatra CardSafe' mobile application. It is available on Google Play Store as well as Apple Sotre.
Debit Card Block/Un-Block through SMS
Bank provides 24 x 7 Debit Card Block / Un-Block facility through SMS. You can simply send the message (SMS) on 7065966669 as below.
♦ For Permanent Blocking of Card: type 'LOST' (in capital letter) and send SMS on 7065966669
♦ For Temporary Blocking of Card: type 'BLOCK' (in capital letter) and send SMS on 7065966669
♦ For Unblocking of Card: type 'UNBLOCK' (in capital letter) and send SMS on 7065966669 (applicable on temporary blocking)
